Course Overview:

The Compassionate Mindful Resilience (CMR) course offers a transformative journey into the integration of mindfulness, compassion, and emotional resilience. Designed for those who have foundational mindfulness experience or a keen interest in deepening their inner resources, this course equips participants with practical tools to meet life’s challenges with steadiness, empathy, and clarity.

Over four dynamic modules, participants will explore the science and practice of cultivating self-compassion, sustaining mindful awareness in times of stress, and nurturing psychological resilience through structured experiential learning and reflective inquiry.

Week 1: Foundations of Compassionate Resilience

This module introduces the core principles of resilience from a mindful and compassionate perspective. Participants explore the neuroscience of stress and emotional regulation, learning how compassionate awareness can serve as an anchor during difficulty. Practices include body-based grounding techniques and mindful self-inquiry.
