At ICPS College (Institute for Counselling & Psychotherapy Studies), the Trauma category explores the profound psychological, emotional, and physiological impact of traumatic experiences, including PTSD and complex trauma. Through clinically informed, trauma-informed training, learners develop a deep understanding of how trauma affects the nervous system, relationships, and overall wellbeing, while gaining practical skills in assessment, stabilisation, and therapeutic intervention.
